Anti-trafficking Statement

Modern Slavery & Fair Labor Statement

This is a voluntary statement by Bagong Proceso Oficina, Inc., operating as Lumikha Teams ("Lumikha"). It sets out how we make sure there is no forced labor, trafficking, or exploitation in our business or supply chain. We publish it because our clients, many of them in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States, hold their suppliers to that standard, and so do we.

Our Business

Lumikha is a Philippine employer. We recruit, employ, and support marketing professionals and specialist teams for clients worldwide. Our team works from home and from co-working spaces in the Philippines.

Every person we place is our direct employee, on a written contract, paid by Lumikha, with statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and 13th-month pay).

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain is short and service-based:

  • co-working and office space providers;

  • computer equipment and IT services;

  • software and cloud service providers;

  • payroll, accounting, and professional advisers; and

  • job boards and recruitment platforms.

We do not use third-party recruitment agencies or labor contractors to supply the people we place.

What We Do

No worker-paid fees. Applicants never pay fees, deposits, or equipment charges at any stage. Lumikha pays all recruitment costs.

Documents stay with the worker. We take copies of the documents needed for employment and statutory enrolment. We never hold original passports, IDs, or certificates.

Honest offers. We advertise every role against a written role brief. Offers state pay, hours, benefits, work location, and the evaluation standards in writing before a person starts, in line with the Labor Code.

Freedom to leave. Team members can resign on the notice required by law. No training bonds, exit fees, or penalties for leaving.

Fair pay and hours. Pay meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage and statutory benefits in full, paid on time into the team member's own account. Working hours and overtime follow the Labor Code.

Grievances. Team members can raise a concern with Lumikha management, the Committee on Decorum and Investigation, or [confidential reporting channel] without retaliation.

Scam protection. We publish how we contact applicants and warn against people impersonating Lumikha to extract fees.

Suppliers. We expect suppliers to comply with the law on forced labor, trafficking, and child labor, and we include this in new supplier agreements where practicable.
